His compelling visual stories have been published in National Geographic, The New York Times, Time Magazine, The Washington Post, and many other leading publications worldwide.

Andrew’s photography has been showcased in exhibitions and festivals across the globe, including Visa Pour l'Image in France, Angkor Photo Festival in Cambodia, and the Kiyosato Museum of Photographic Arts in Japan. He has also played a significant role as a juror, nominator, and mentor in prestigious photography competitions, including the South Asian Journalist Association Awards and UNICEF Photographer of the Year.

As a co-founder of Counter Foto in Bangladesh, Andrew has contributed to nurturing the next generation of visual storytellers. He is the author of INSIGHT and Bonded Stitches & Struggle; Testimony of Life in Bangladesh’s Garment Industry.
